COMMUNITY BY UPHOLDING STANDARDS SET FORTH BY THE
ASSOCIATION AND ITS BY-LAWS. AN APPROVED ACC FORM
DOES NOT
SUPERSEDE OR RELEASE THE HOMEOWNER FROM THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF OBTAINING ANY REQUIRED COUNTY PERMITS
THAT MAY APPLY.
