COLOR CHART RULES

1. BASE COLOR - Any approved Sorbet color. Submittal of ACC form is required with color samples prior to painting. This is to provide proof of paint choices and protection to the homeowner for future reference.

2. TRIM COLORS - Trim colors may be any approved Sorbet color or up to (2) shades darker or lighter than the approved base color.

  *Note - Trim is considered the remaining areas after excluding the base walls, bricks, garage door, and shutters.

3. FRONT DOOR - Front door may be painted any approved color. * If base color is dark, door color must be contrasting.

4. GARAGE DOOR - Garage door colors are white and beige only.

5. SHUTTERS - May be any color that meets ACC approval.

6. BRICK COLORS - Approved brick colors only.
